>> Gear Up!One of the great things about cycling is that you'll find an almost unlimited selection of accessories to customize your bicycle and help you enjoy riding. But what accessories do you really need? We've put together a list to help you determine what accessories are a must (essential accessories) and what accessories are nice to have (other goodies). Assuming you've already got a bike, you only need these few key accessories to be safe and comfortable while riding and to be able to deal with the one breakdown that might occur—the flat tire. (Relax! Flats aren't that hard to fix. Ask us to tell you how.
Bike FittingOur BG Fit certified technicians will conduct a 20-point assessment to determine your flexibility, strength and bone structure. This enables us to determine your unique biomechanical profile so we can make adjustments that will maximize your bike's performance. A bike should always be made to fit the rider—not the other way around.
